Emergency Room (ER) RN Job in Keene, NH

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, New Hampshire. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 26, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 3x12-hour night shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• Weekly pay: $2,340
• Holiday availability required (two holiday blocks from Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's periods if scheduled)
• No scheduled on-call; call only during low census periods

Your Role

You will provide nursing care in a newly renovated 20-bed Emergency Department serving newborn through geriatric patients. You will manage a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio, work with drips and ventilators, and collaborate with pre-hospital personnel, emergency department staff, and in-hospital teams. The facility is a Trauma Level III center. You will utilize age-related growth and development principles to individualize patient care and document in EPIC (EMR experience required).

Requirements

• Current RN license (New Hampshire or compact license)
• 2+ years of current ED experience
• Prior travel experience of at least 3 months
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA) certifications
• EPIC experience required
• Own vehicle required for this assignment
• BSN preferred

• Professional scrubs required (no logos); traveler-provided
• All requested time off must be noted and verified at upload—maximum 5 days RTO accepted
• Travel pairs considered if able to work different shifts
