ED RN Job in Nashua, NH

St Joseph Hospital - Nashua is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department. This is a travel nursing position offering three 12-hour day shifts per week for 91 days, with a start date of November 16, 2026. You'll earn $2,496.60 per week.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process across all assigned ED areas
• Assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques to gather past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, X-rays, and other diagnostic tests
• Participate in planning and implementing written care plans under physician direction
• Perform standard assessments using basic equipment
• Administer medications with attention to visual acuity and hand-eye coordination
• Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Uphold patient safety standards and interact positively with team members and patients
• Respect patient culture, lifestyle, religion, and age when planning or implementing care

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire RN license or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Clinical experience preferred
• Specialty certification preferred
