Telemetry RN Job in Lima, OH

You'll work as a Registered Nurse on our Telemetry unit at Lima Memorial Main Campus in Lima, Ohio. This is a 91-day travel nursing assignment starting October 20, 2026.

Shift & Schedule

• 3x12-hour night shifts per week
• Every other weekend rotation
• No on-call responsibilities

What You'll Do

You'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria. You'll monitor patients on telemetry, recognize cardiac arrhythmias, and respond appropriately to changes in patient status. You'll administer and titrate cardiac medications including Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin, Cardine, Dobutamine, Lasix, and Bumex. You'll recognize signs and symptoms of stroke and intervene as needed. You'll communicate effectively with your team and assist in directing and teaching LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries.

What You'll Need

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license (Nursys verification required)
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications
• Competency with cardiac medications and knowledge of titration
• Strong telemetry and cardiac rhythm knowledge
• Critical thinking skills and ability to recognize patient status changes
• Med Surg/Telemetry skills checklist completed within one year of application
• Reliable attendance on all assigned shifts

Compensation

You'll earn $2,143 per week.
