ICU Registered Nurse Job in Woodruff, WI

Aspirus Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff, Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse for its ICU. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 10, 2026.

Shift & Schedule

• 3x12 nights per week
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required
• May be placed on call with a minimum 2-hour callback

Role Details

You will work in a 10-bed ICU/IMC unit with patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU, 1:3–1:4 for IMC, and 1:5–1:6 for medical-surgical. Float assignments to the adjacent 34-bed medical-surgical unit are part of the role. Facility float to Rhinelander, Eagle River, and Tomahawk locations may occur and will be prescheduled.

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin RN License
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• NIHSS certification preferred
• One prior travel assignment preferred but not required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility

Compensation & Logistics

Weekly pay is $2,351.52. Any color scrubs are permitted.
