CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x8-hour evening shifts, Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• May occasionally be asked to float to other facilities as needed
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers welcome
• Must be able to perform both CT and X-Ray procedures
• Required to start approximately 8-9 IVs per day
• Daily caseload of approximately 20 patients
• Serve patient age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Experience with infants and pediatrics preferred
• Outpatient (Adult and Peds) and ED experience required
• EPIC charting system experience required
• PACS, Portables, and Siemens experience required; Samsung X-Ray preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT (CT), ARRT (R), and BLS
• CT Tech procedures include: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, and Multiplanar Reconstruction
• ED CT and X-Ray exams include: Outpatient CT and X-Ray, Cardiac CT (Pulmonary Vein CT and Cardiac Calcium Scores), and Perfusion studies
• Required X-Ray procedure experience: Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal, Lower and Upper Extremities
• Required skills include: contrast media preparation and administration, venipuncture, starting peripheral IVs, region of interest measurement (ROI), and vascular CTA
