Sterile Processing Tech - Sterile Processing Tech

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 shifts, Monday through Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM with holiday rotation
• No weekend requirement
• Floating within scope to meet facility needs is required
• May be required to float or be permanently switched to CSC, Main, or West Campus
• Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks for guaranteed hours
• Minimum 2 years of sterile processing experience required
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Experience required in sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrap
• Preferred case experience includes: Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, transplant, and GYN
• Required certifications: CBSPD and/or IAHCSMM/HSPA
• BLS not required
• Required skills include: aseptic technique, high-level disinfection, scope/probe reprocessing, sets/tray assembly, sterilization wrapping procedures, use of washers/sterilizers, and laparoscopic, orthopedic, robotic, and neuro/cranial case experience
