Telemetry RN Job in Claremont, NH

Valley Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in Claremont, NH. You'll work a 3x12 day schedule earning $2,340 per week, with a start date of October 5, 2026.

Role Overview

You will provide nursing care across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings. You must be comfortable transitioning between all three specialties and working independently from day one. Patient ratios are 5:1 in standard areas and 3:1 to 4:1 in higher-acuity PCU settings. Your patient population ranges from newborn to geriatric.

Schedule and Time Off

You'll work an every-other-weekend schedule with holiday coverage as needed. There are no on-call responsibilities. Maximum of 5 days of requested time off will be approved for this 13-week assignment. All scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of application; requests after offer may result in offer rescission. You must be available to work at least two of the following holiday blocks if scheduled: Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after; Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after; New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and weekend after.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry
• Telemetry experience required
• Basic dysrhythmia test required
• Current RN license for New Hampshire or Compact license
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
• Current skills checklists for Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and PCU (within 1 year)
• One supervisory-signed reference from within the past two years
• Previous travel healthcare experience highly preferred
• Rural or small facility experience highly preferred
