Telemetry RN Job in Claremont, NH

Valley Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in Claremont, NH. You will work the night shift on a 3x12 schedule, earning $2,340 weekly. Your start date is October 26, 2026.

Role Overview

You will provide care across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings. This position requires comfort and competency in all three specialties. You will manage patient ratios of 5:1 on standard units, with higher acuity PCU patients requiring 3:1 or 4:1 ratios. Your patient population ranges from newborn to geriatric.

Schedule and Work Environment

You will work every other weekend with holiday coverage as needed. There are no on-call responsibilities. You must be able to work independently and perform effectively from day one. Personal scrubs of any color are acceptable. Rural or small facility experience is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire RN license or Compact license
• 3+ years of experience in PCU, Med/Surg, and Telemetry
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certification
• Current skills checklists for Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and PCU (within 1 year)
• Basic dysrhythmia test completion
• One supervisory reference from employment within the past two years
• Permanent address on file
• Own vehicle required for this assignment
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Important Policies

All scheduling requests and time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application. Maximum of 5 days of requested time off will be approved for this 13-week assignment. All requested time off must be noted and verified at upload; requests after upload will not be approved. You must be available to work during at least two of the following holiday blocks if scheduled: Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after; Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after; New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and weekend after. Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
