Telemetry RN Job in Claremont, NH

Valley Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 91-day travel assignment in Claremont, NH. You will work 3x12-hour day shifts on an every-other-weekend schedule with no on-call responsibilities.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings
• Care for patients ranging from newborn to geriatric populations
• Work with RN-to-patient ratios of 5:1 in standard areas and 3:1 to 4:1 in higher-acuity PCU settings
• Demonstrate independent clinical judgment and readiness to contribute from day one

Requirements:

• Current New Hampshire RN license or Compact license
• 3+ years of experience in PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry settings
• Telemetry monitoring experience required
• Proficiency with Medhost electronic health record system
• Basic dysrhythmia certification
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
• Current skills checklists for Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and PCU (within 1 year)
• One supervisory reference from employment within the past two years
• Rural and/or small facility experience highly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred

Assignment Details:

• Start date: October 19, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,367
• Personal vehicle required for commute
• Personal scrubs of any color permitted
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
