Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• No on-call responsibilities outside of one weekend of call per month (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Rotating holiday schedule required
• 2+ years of CSFA experience required
• Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urgo, and OB experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NBSTSA or NCCT (interchangeable)
• Skills checklist completed within one year of application preferred
• Must maintain strict attendance policy - 3 strikes for absences or being more than 20 minutes late results in immediate termination
