ICU RN Job in Atlanta, GA

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a float pool position with 3x12 night shifts, offering $2,032 weekly pay for an 89-day assignment beginning November 2, 2026.

Role Overview

You'll provide direct patient care across multiple critical care floors while maintaining the flexibility to support other hospital areas as census demands. Your responsibilities include:

• Float coverage across all critical care floors
• Emergency Room and ER hold area support
• Potential floats to Step-Down and PACU during hold periods
• Patient assignments adjusted based on your current unit (lighter patient loads when floating to actual ER)
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similarly sized facility
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Willingness to limit time-off requests during your assignment
• Badge-appropriate photo ID on file
