Cath Lab Technologist Job in Sun City Center, FL

HCA Florida South Shore Hospital is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a travel position in Sun City Center, FL. This is a 91-day assignment beginning October 20, 2026, offering competitive pay of $2,337 per week.

Schedule and Expectations

• 4x10 day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Rotating every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• On-call responsibilities 12–15 days per month
• Flexibility and teamwork are essential

Role Responsibilities

You will perform cardiac catheterization procedures including left heart catheterizations, PCI, pacemaker insertions, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), stress tests, and loop recorder procedures. Your duties will include scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating in the cardiac cath lab.

• Work with GE Innova/MacLab equipment
• Use Meditech EMR system for documentation
• Collaborate with a team of six full-time staff members
• Adhere to black scrub dress code for the radiology department

Required Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional degree or equivalent
• Cardiac catheterization lab experience
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
