Cath Lab Technologist Job in Clearwater, FL

You will work as a Cath Lab Technologist at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of October 12, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• 4x10 shift schedule, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Weekend shifts required
• On-call required: typically 1 weekend shift per 4-week schedule and 7–9 call shifts monthly (including weekend call)
• Weekly pay: $2,480

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required; prior travel experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R), RCIS (CCI), and Florida state license
• Must pass EKG exam (3 attempts allowed)
• Scrub and EKG skills required
• Cerner experience preferred

Clinical Experience

You must have procedural experience with: Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left heart catheterization, Right heart catheterization, and Rotablator atherectomy. You will care for adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses including Chest Pain, NSTEMI, STEMI, Valve Disease, and Pulmonary Hypertension. Procedures performed include L/R Heart Cath, CTO, Complex PCI, Peripheral and Complex Peripheral, and Carotid Stent.
