Certified Surgical Technologist in Neenah, WI

ThedaCare - Neenah is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a 13-week travel contract. You will work in the operating room supporting surgical teams across all ThedaCare facilities in the region.

Schedule & Commitment

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
• Day shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or PM shifts: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM (variable scheduling required)
• 32 hours per week guaranteed, except during facility holidays
• On-call: 1 midweek call every 4th weekend with 30-minute response time
• Holiday rotation required
• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks

Role Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years surgical technology experience
• At least one completed travel contract required—no first-time travelers
• Required clinical experience: Neuro, Ortho, Robotics, and General surgery
• Preferred clinical experience: Outpatient GYN, Dental, Retina, and ENT
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Epic charting experience preferred

Credentials & Certifications

• Certified Surgical Technician (CST)
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Surgical Technology

Compensation & Duration

• $2,382 weekly
• 13-week contract starting December 14, 2026

Facility Policies

• Scrubs provided upon arrival
• Shoes worn in surgery must remain on-site and cannot be taken home
• No jewelry, watches, or wedding rings permitted
• No fingernail polish or false nails
• Facial hair must be covered at all times in the semi-restricted surgery area, including sideburns

Eligibility

• Previous travel experience is required
• You must live or work more than 50 miles from ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI to be eligible

Float capability across all ThedaCare facilities is expected.
