Opportunity:

RN - MICU

Job Details:

• PM shift schedule
• 36 or 48 hours guaranteed per week
• 16-week contract duration
• Two or more years of full-time staff RN experience in a Medical ICU required
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center prior to any travel assignments required
• Current AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and AHA NIHSS certifications required
• All licenses and certifications must be valid at time of application submission through the duration of the initial contract
• Requested Time Off during the initial contract is limited to a maximum of 7 days, Wednesday through Wednesday
• May be floated to other areas within skillset based on operational needs
• Provide critical care for adults and adolescents over age 12
• Care for patients with conditions including post Code Blue, respiratory failure, GI bleeding, diabetic emergencies, acute renal failure, sepsis, multi-system organ failure, and overdoses
• Care for transplant-ready patients, pulmonary artery hypertension, and high-dose Interleukin-2 therapy patients
• Support overflow surgical, neuroscience, cardiac ICU, and telemetry patients as needed
