Cath Lab Technologist Job in Portland, OR

Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. This is a full-time role working 4x10 day shifts, Monday through Friday, with on-call requirements and occasional weekend coverage.

Position Details

• Schedule: 4x10 day shifts, Monday–Friday with 1 weekend every 4 weeks (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• On-call: 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend every 4 weeks from Friday end of shift to 0700 Monday; 30-minute response time required
• Weekly pay: $3,430
• Start date: October 26, 2026
• Duration: 91 days

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Cath Lab and Angiography with scrub experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT-R certifications required
• Active Oregon State license or proof of license application and fingerprinting
• Epic charting system experience required
• Maximum 7 days RTO permitted; no RTO during first 2 weeks of assignment

Clinical Competencies

You must demonstrate proficiency in cardiac stent placement, diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures, diagnostic catheterizations (adult), equipment setup, interpretation of dysrhythmias, interventional cardiac catheterization, isolation precautions and PPE, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA).

Additional Information

• Scrubs provided for Cath Lab; any color acceptable except all black and camo print
• Must be willing to float within site and across system as requested; refusal to float may result in contract cancellation
• Must complete assigned education within one week of assignment start
• Low census mandatory cancellation: must cancel 1.5 hours before shift start; one mandatory cancellation per two-week pay period without cause or penalty
