Job Details:

• Monday through Friday, 10-hour shifts from 6:15 AM to 4:45 PM with rotating days off
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Position is based in the Brachytherapy department within a large Radiation Oncology Department
• Daily patient caseload of 8 to 15 patients, serving adult and geriatric populations
• Run HDR units, assist in brachytherapy implants, and administer radiopharmaceuticals as directed by AU/AMP
• Radiation safety exam required within 1 month of contract start, with study materials and support provided
• Opportunity to cross-train in proton therapy, external beam, and simulation with potential overtime shifts available
• Experience with Aria and EPIC charting systems preferred but not required
• Sensitivity training highly preferred
• No previous brachytherapy experience required, but preferred
• 1 year of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, must have both ARRT(T) + ARRT(R) OR R.T.(T)(ARRT)
• No scrub color requirement
• No floating to sister facilities required
