Certified Surgical Technologist Job in Mishawaka, IN

Saint Joseph Health System Mishawaka is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the operating room team on a 90-day travel assignment. You will work 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week, providing essential support during surgical procedures.

About the Role

As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will:

• Prepare operating rooms and sterilize instruments according to protocol
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
• Maintain sterile fields and ensure compliance with infection control standards
• Handle and pass instruments, supplies, and equipment to the surgical team
• Monitor and manage surgical counts and specimen handling

Schedule & Expectations

This position requires a 4x10 day schedule. You will be responsible for 2 to 4 days per month of on-call duties and must be available for holiday shifts per contract terms. The assignment runs for 90 days, beginning November 9, 2026.

Compensation

You will earn $2,065 per week. This competitive rate reflects the skilled nature of surgical technology work and your professional credentials.
