Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 408-bed hospital with a main OR consisting of 14 operating rooms including 1 Hybrid CV OR, 1 Cysto, and 12 multipurpose ORs
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Day shift staffing includes 14-16 RNs, 14-16 CSTs, and 2 Clinical Charge RNs
• On-call requirement of one day per week from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, plus weekend on-call once every 6 weeks
• Work with standard OR equipment and Stryker Video systems
• EMR system: Meditech
• Perform procedures including angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and orthopedic/spine cases (no transplant procedures)
• Minimum of 1 year of current hospital acute care experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Circulating and scrubbing experience preferred
• Meditech experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with staff and providers required
• Must prioritize patient experience and be adaptable to change
