Physical Therapist Job in Independence, MO

Join Centerpoint Medical Center MO as a Physical Therapist on a 12-week travel assignment. You will work five 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with minimal weekend commitments—just one weekend every six weeks. Your shift runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no on-call requirements.

In this role, you will cover both acute care and inpatient rehabilitation units as needed. You'll perform evaluations and treatments for patients while managing appropriate patient ratios of 12:1 in acute care and 4–5:1 in inpatient rehabilitation settings. You will document patient care using the Meditech system and have access to rehab tech support on the unit.
