Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float requirements include supporting all patient care areas of the hospital including ED and general care areas, with possible float to other central locations with advance notice
• Provide emergency services for Rapid Response and Code Blue
• Perform basic respiratory care, critical care, and ventilator management
• Conduct patient assessments with Assess and Treat Protocols for all age groups
• Pediatric and NICU experience required
• Minimum 3+ years of experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Associate's Degree or Certificate required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Advanced NRP; NBRC RRT required (NBRC CRT accepted with RRT to be obtained within one year); AHA or ARC certifications required
• Active Wisconsin license required
• Charting and equipment: V60 BiPAP, Hamilton G5 and C1, iStat, documentation in Epic
• Dress code: closed-toed shoes, scrubs (any color), clean appearance, no smoking or scent allowed, piercings per dress code policy
