Interventional Radiology Technologist Job in Joplin, MO

Mercy Hospital Joplin is seeking an Allied Health Professional Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 24, 2026.

Position Overview

You will work day shift in the Interventional Radiology department, performing a variety of IR procedures across Radiology, Ultrasound, CT, Cath Lab, and OR settings. This position offers 5 eight-hour shifts per week with 36 guaranteed hours and no weekend or on-call requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with interventional radiology procedures in multiple imaging modalities
• Support clinical team during IR, ultrasound, CT, catheterization lab, and operating room procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records within the EPIC EMR system
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols

Required Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Interventional Radiology or Catheterization Lab
• BLS certification (required)
• ARRT certification in Vascular Interventional Radiology (preferred)
• General ARRT certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
