Emergency Department RN Job in Lewiston, ME

St Marys Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to join their team on a 91-day travel assignment.

Position Details:

• Shift: 3x12 hour days
• Weekly pay: $2,332
• Start date: September 14, 2026
• Assignment length: 91 days

Role Responsibilities:

You will assess patients upon admission and throughout their stay in a full-spectrum emergency care environment, including a separate Chest Pain Center. You will administer IV medications, therapy, and blood products as needed, and provide patient education to patients and their families. Documentation of nursing care actions, teaching, observations, and patient responses is a core part of your daily work. You must be willing and able to work charge nurse and preceptor roles if needed.

Qualifications Required:

• RN licensure
• At least 2 years of experience in the ED setting
• At least 1 year of previous critical care nursing experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Must reside outside of a 50-mile radius
