PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a dynamic and supportive therapy environment
• 45-minute treatment times with professional camaraderie
• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence
• Offer variety of services including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back and extremity care
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care
• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
• Work within a large and well-equipped outpatient therapy department
