Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Night shift position with shift hours of 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Day shift also available with hours of 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
• Weekend hours: 36 hours
• Call requirements: Yes - 2 hours for the oncoming shift
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Float requirements include NICU/PICU, acute care pediatrics, ED, adult acute, and critical care
• Patient ratios: acute 1:25, critical 1:8
• Cover entire facility with a team of 14-16 RRTs
• Experience with ventilators required including Drager V500 and VN500, Hamilton T1 and C1, Respironics V30, V60, Trilogy line, Airvo, and Vapotherm
• EMR system: EPIC
• Tertiary, teaching hospital experience required along with Level 1 trauma experience
• NICU/PICU and cardiothoracic experience preferred
• Must be flexible, a team player, and possess great communication skills
• Required certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred, NRP for NICU
• RRT credential required
• Scrubs provided or flexible dress code
