Job Details:

• Day shift schedule
• 40 guaranteed hours per week (32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks)
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting required
• Active state license required - permanent Washington state license required; compact license accepted at start but permanent license must be obtained immediately
• Equipment details will be provided during interview
• Dress code information will be provided on first day
• Parking information will be provided on first day
• 13-week, 20-week, and 26-week assignment options available with completion bonuses
