Medical Technologist Lab Job in Canton, GA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical Technologist for a 110-day travel assignment at Northside Hospital Cherokee in Canton, GA. This is a night shift position perfect for experienced lab professionals ready for a new challenge.

Position Overview

You will work 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each, on the night schedule from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. This role offers you the opportunity to contribute to a busy hospital lab while enjoying a compressed schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Scientist
• Current certification: ASCP, AMT, or AAB
• Willingness to work 2 of the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
• Willingness to work 1 minor holiday: Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve
• Travel candidates only—local applicants within 50 miles are not considered

Compensation & Assignment Details

You will earn $1,963 per week. Your assignment begins September 21, 2026, and runs for 110 days. You'll be working in a hospital setting with a well-established lab department, supporting critical diagnostic services around the clock.
