Job Details:

• Shifts available: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM, or night shift 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Additional shift notes: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Friday through Sunday
• Work in a 16-suite operating room performing approximately 30 cases per day
• Common cases include General, ENT, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, and Robotics
• Must have Trauma and Neuro experience
• Scrubbing not required for RNs
• Charge nurse experience preferred; charge nurse and house supervisor will be on shift
• 2 OR techs on shift
• Charting system: Epic
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• On-call requirement: approximately 120 hours per contract in rotation with staff for weeknights and weekends
• Call response time: 30 minutes
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
• Floating possible only in cases of extreme need within Zone 1 facilities
• Scrubs provided
• BSN not required
• Valid driver's license must be submitted; must reside within 60 miles of facility
• Trauma Level 2 facility
• Acute care setting
