ED - Emergency Room

RN - ED

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (3x12s)
• 48-hour guarantee available
• Provide care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe patient care in the Emergency Department
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities based on education and experience of available staff
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Must be willing to float
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Arizona nursing license required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Scrub color/dress code: Black
• Trauma Level III Certified facility
• NIH not required but recommended
