Job Details:

• Day shift schedule
• 40 guaranteed hours per week with overtime billed at 1.5x rate
• 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks
• No on-call responsibilities
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting required
• Active physical therapy license required
• Equipment details will be provided during interview
• Dress code information will be provided on first day
• Parking details will be provided on first day
• Must obtain permanent Washington state license - compact license accepted to start but permanent license must be obtained immediately
• Additional documentation may be required to complete outside of standard clearance process prior to assignment start
