PACU RN Job in Lebanon, NH

You will work as an RN in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at D-H Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. This is a 3x12 day shift position with a duration of 89 days, beginning October 12, 2026. You will earn $2,436 per week.

Your role involves caring for post-surgical patients across a wide range of specialties, including vascular, general, thoracic, gynecology, neuro, orthopedic, kidney transplants, and Whipple procedures. You will manage high-acuity, high-volume patient flow in a controlled but dynamic environment, particularly during evening hours.

Key clinical responsibilities:

• Manage ventricular drains for ICP monitoring in post-operative patients
• Demonstrate proficiency with arterial lines and central lines
• Administer and monitor vasoactive and sedative drips
• Manage chest tubes and tracheostomies
• Care for overnight PACU boarders, including ICU craniotomy patients, step-down patients, and med-surg patients

Schedule details:

Day shifts with variable start times between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM, plus 7:00 PM starts. Rotation occurs across these windows to support unit operations.

Qualifications:

Previous ICU and/or high-acuity PACU experience is strongly preferred. You must be comfortable with rapid patient turnover, complex post-operative assessment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
