MRI Technologist Job in Wilkes-Barre, PA

Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center is seeking an MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This is a contract role spanning 89 days, starting November 23, 2026.

Role Overview

You will perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures, operating advanced imaging equipment and ensuring high-quality diagnostic images. You will work directly with patients and clinical staff to support patient care in a non-nursing facility setting.

Schedule and Compensation

This position offers a 3x12 night shift schedule, working 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. There are no on-call responsibilities. Weekly pay is $2,811.60.

Requirements

• Current ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of MRI experience preferred
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital setting
• Demonstrated experience with Siemens imaging equipment
• No professional state license required
