ICU RN Job in Wenatchee, WA

Confluence Health Hospital-Central Campus is seeking an RN for our Intensive Care Unit. You will work three 12-hour shifts per week with 36 guaranteed hours, on evening and night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This is a 92-week travel assignment beginning July 20, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,726.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process and unit-specific standards of practice
• Develop, implement, and reassess individualized patient plans of care
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures and treatments
• Conduct holistic, ongoing assessments of patient status and respond appropriately to changes
• Address the physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs of patients
• Evaluate discharge plans for appropriateness and educational needs
• Document all care provided, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Educate patients, families, and significant others with appropriate health information
• Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team
• Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Float as a sitter and in rotation as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment according to hospital and unit policies
• Stay current with workflows, processes, and evidence-based procedures

Requirements:

• Current Washington State or Compact RN Licensure
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required
• Ability to function within the Washington Nurse Practice Act and unit-specific standards
