Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Provide cardiopulmonary services as a registered or certified respiratory therapist
• Follow protocols approved by medical staff and department policies to deliver timely diagnostic and therapeutic services to inpatients and outpatients
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
• Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
• Maintain airways and manage ventilators including ventilator weaning
• Perform arterial line insertions and intubations
• Conduct pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gases
• Experience with tracheostomy, ET tube, CPAP, BiPAP, and nebulizer treatments required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience with ventilator management required
• NBRC RRT or CRT certification required
• Oklahoma RT license required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required (must be through the American Heart Association)
