ED - Emergency Room

Opportunity:

RN - ED ER

Job Details:

• Work in a 12-bed free-standing emergency department with a 1:4 patient ratio
• 36-hour weekly scheduling requirement with rotating weekends
• Floating to other free-standing emergency departments if staffing allows or unable to meet 36-hour requirement
• Minimum 2 years of patient experience required
• Document using Meditech electronic documentation system
• Operate equipment including Hamilton Ventilator, EKG, and bedside monitors
• Perform procedures including pelvic exams, suture setup, and orthopedic splinting
• Administer drip titrations and breathing treatments with focus on both pediatric and adult patients
• Must demonstrate great attendance and teamwork, quality patient care, and strong communication with providers and peers
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS; CPI preferred if available
• Blue or black scrubs preferred
