PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No weekend shifts required
• No call requirements
• Outpatient orthopedic setting specializing in post-operative and chronic pain patients
• Treat post-operative knee, hip, and shoulder patients as well as low back and neck pain
• Work with adult orthopedic and neurological patient populations
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Equipment used includes E-stim, Hivamat, laser, Alter G, and Vector
• EMR system: EPIC
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Manual therapy skills preferred
• Required certification: BLS
• Dress code: Dark gray scrubs required; open-toed shoes, denim, and sweatshirts are not acceptable
• No float requirements
