Physical Therapist Job in Lafayette, IN

Franciscan Health Lafayette is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient orthopedic position. You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend or call requirements, providing direct patient care in a 1:1 treatment model.

Your Role

You will treat post-operative and chronic pain patients across multiple diagnoses, including post-operative knee, hip, and shoulder cases as well as low back and neck pain. Your patient population will include adults with orthopedic and neurological conditions. You'll have 36 guaranteed hours per week with no float responsibilities, allowing you to build continuity with your patient base.

Clinical Environment

The outpatient orthopedic setting is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment including E-stim, Hivamat, laser, Alter G, and Vector devices. You will use the EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and clinical management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Current BLS certification
• Manual therapy skills preferred

What to Know

Dark gray scrubs are required; open-toed shoes, denim, and sweatshirts are not permitted. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 19, 2026. You will earn $2,464 per week.
