CT Technologist Job in North Adams, MA

North Adams Regional Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist for a temporary assignment in North Adams, MA. This is a full-time evening position working 5x8 shifts, running through mid-November 2026. You'll earn $3,529 weekly.

In this role, you will perform a wide variety of CT and diagnostic radiology procedures requiring independent judgment and critical thinking. Your responsibilities include:

• Perform primary diagnostic radiology and CT scan tasks, including IV insertion and injections
• Operate and troubleshoot CR, DR, CT, and PACS applications
• Demonstrate proper operation of PACS, HIS, and RIS computer systems
• Maintain patient confidentiality and practice infection control per departmental, hospital, and OSHA standards
• May supervise or instruct department personnel as assigned by management
• Perform other duties within scope of practice during low census periods

Required Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (CT) and (R) certifications
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Massachusetts Radiology License
• 2 years of current CT and X-ray experience
• Skills checklists for X-ray Tech and CT Tech current within 1 year
• At least 6 months previous travel healthcare experience
• At least 6 months to 1 year current agency experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Meditech Expanse experience

You must maintain excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and Tiger Text formats. Weekend and holiday coverage is required as needed. You'll complete annual mandatory education including blood borne pathogens, infection control, and body substance isolation training.
