Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with call responsibilities
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Call schedule involves approximately 30% call rotation; weekday on-call runs Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and weekend on-call runs from 4:00 PM Friday through 7:30 AM Monday morning
• 30-minute response time required for call
• Overnight call room available on-site
• Acute care setting
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Required license: RN, ARRT, or RCIS
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Experience with LHC, LERO, RHC, and PM/ICD/BI-V insertion preferred
• Experience with Xper charting preferred; providers without Xper knowledge will circulate and scrub but will not monitor cases
• Experience with the following equipment preferred: Impella, IABP, Shockwave, and Rotablation
• Average of 8 cases performed on weekdays and 6 cases on weekends
• Charting systems used: Xper and MEDITECH
• Cancellation policy: 1 shift per 4 weeks; overtime shifts may be cancelled at will
