Respiratory Therapist Job in Madison, WI

Join UnityPoint–Meriter Hospital in Madison, WI as a Respiratory Therapist on a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work 3×12 hour night shifts, every other weekend, with no on-call responsibilities. Weekly pay is $2,368.

Your Role:

• Provide professional and clinical respiratory care as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Manage patient care and contribute your clinical expertise across your discipline
• May float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed

Requirements:

• Current Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT) in Wisconsin; Compact licensure accepted
• Minimum 2 years of previous Respiratory Therapist experience
• At least 1 completed travel contract
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• 1 supervisory reference at time of submission
• Taxable address outside 50 miles from facility (proof required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Epic EMR system

Acceptable Proof of Taxable Address:

• Driver's license, utility bill, lease or rental agreement, mortgage statement, homeowner's or renter's insurance, voter registration, bank statement, auto insurance, or tax return

Assignment begins October 5, 2026. You'll work in an established hospital setting using Epic as the clinical documentation system. This is a straightforward nights-based opportunity with predictable scheduling and no on-call burden—ideal if you're looking for stability in your travel rotation.
