PACU RN Job in Mishawaka, IN

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Saint Joseph Health System Mishawaka. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning November 9, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• Three 12-hour day shifts per week, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
• Weekly pay: $2,173
• On-call requirements: 4 weeknight call shifts per month, 1 weekend day call per month, 1 weekend night call every 6 weeks, 1 evening and day after holiday shift, and 1 holiday call shift

Your Role

You will provide care to post-operative patients during their recovery from anesthesia. Your responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, managing pain and nausea, assessing surgical sites, and preparing patients for discharge or transfer to their inpatient units. You will work alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and the perioperative team to ensure safe transitions from the operating room to the next level of care.

You must hold an active RN license in Indiana. Prior PACU experience is valuable but not necessarily required, depending on your clinical background and the facility's training protocols.
