PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Details:

• Work under the direction and supervision of physical therapists to treat patients
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, massage, gait and balance training
• Record patients' progress and report treatment results to the supervising physical therapist
• Proactively build and manage caseload using available patient referrals and treatment opportunities
• Meet facility productivity expectations while remaining available and onsite during scheduled hours
• Make reasonable efforts to reschedule or complete treatment sessions when clinically appropriate
• Communicate any barriers to completing treatment to facility leadership
• Minimum 2 years of PTA experience required
• Texas license or compact license required
• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend requirements
