• 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks

• $2,591 per week

• Weekly billing cycle

Requirements

• Active Arizona permanent license required
• Compact license may be accepted at the start, but you must obtain an Arizona permanent license immediately
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting required
