Assignment Details

• 12-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• 13-week duration
• Start date: October 15, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,421

Your Role

As an RN, you will implement professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person within a caring, healing environment. Your responsibilities include:

• Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments in accordance with RN scope of practice
• Consider patient culture, age, and developmental level when designing care actions and interventions
• Identify patient risk factors and collect objective and subjective data to develop prioritized problem lists
• Coordinate, ensure, and provide direct patient care activities including nursing rounds, assessments, and treatments
• Facilitate admission, transfer, and discharge activities in a timely manner
• Provide patient and family-centered education and individualized treatment planning
• Recognize, respond to, and communicate changes in patient condition appropriately
• Delegate tasks appropriately and oversee team members in the performance of patient care activities
• Actively participate in unit-based quality improvement activities including patient satisfaction, fall prevention, pressure ulcer prevention, and CAUTI monitoring
• Apply evidence-based practice and current research to support nursing excellence
