RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work in an operating room environment with an average daily census of 11 cases across 5 rooms
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• Call schedule includes one call weekend per month (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), one call day per week, one late day per week, and one third late per week
• Surgery services include general surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, vascular, pulmonary, and endoscopy
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• Must be willing to work 2 of 4 designated holiday periods annually: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
• First-time travelers accepted
• Compact or Louisiana license required upon submittal
