CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Night shift position working 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Sunday
• 36 hours offered per week
• 13-week contracts accepted
• 1:1 patient ratio with an average daily census of 30
• Patient age groups include infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
• Preferred certifications: Pediatric acute care, pediatric outpatient
• Required skills include: adult acute care, adult outpatient, ICU, emergency department, Siemens, abdomen without and/or with contrast, colorectal studies (rectal contrast), enterography study, intravenous pyelogram, pelvis without and/or with contrast, chest without and/or with contrast, carotid, head without and/or with contrast, sinuses, soft tissue neck, isolation precautions/PPE, radiation safety, starting peripheral IVs, venipuncture, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, and thoracic
• Documentation system: Omnicell
• Hospital orientation required during week one with mandatory attendance for classes each day
