NICU RN Job in Elmira, NY

Arnot Ogden Medical Center (AOMC) in Elmira, NY is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for its neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). This is a 90-day travel assignment starting October 18, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,455.

About the Role

You will provide direct patient care in a 20-bed Level III NICU within an open unit environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring critically ill and progressively stable newborns, collaborating with the care team, and implementing evidence-based nursing protocols.

Staffing & Support

• Staffing ratios of 1:2 for critical care patients
• Staffing ratios of 1:3–4 for progressive care patients
• In-house provider support available 24/7

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
