CVOR Technologist Job in Lewisville, TX

Medical City Lewisville is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for our CVOR unit. This is a 13-week travel assignment running through mid-September 2026, starting June 29, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work as a surgical technologist in a 6-room CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) suite. Your responsibilities include assisting surgeons during cardiovascular procedures, maintaining sterile technique, and managing instruments and equipment. You will document procedures using the Meditech system and may float to other operating units as needed based on facility needs.

Schedule & Pay

Choose between two schedule options:

• Five 8-hour shifts per week (days)
• Four 10-hour shifts per week

You are guaranteed 36 hours per week at $1,606 weekly pay.

Requirements

• Current CST certification from NBSTSA or NCCT
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2+ years of hospital experience with specialty experience in the operating room
• Meditech experience preferred but not required

Facility Standards

Medical City Lewisville requires navy blue scrubs for all team members. Personal appearance standards include:

• Nails must be clean, healthy, and natural—no artificial, gel, or extended nails
• Hair must be neat, clean, and pulled back if shoulder length or longer; no extreme styles or colors
• Beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be clean and neatly trimmed
• Body art should be covered whenever possible
• Visible piercings other than earlobes are not permitted
