PCU RN Job in Cleveland, OH

You'll work night shifts as a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Cleveland Medical Center. This is a 90-day travel assignment starting November 2, 2026, offering you the opportunity to deliver skilled nursing care in a step-down setting where patients transition from intensive care toward higher independence.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a progressive care unit during night shifts
• Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and communicate changes to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support patient recovery and discharge planning
• Document nursing assessments and interventions in the medical record
• Support patients and families through the step-down care transition

Requirements

• Current, valid Ohio nursing license
• Registered Nurse (RN) credential
• Step-down unit nursing experience preferred
• Current certifications and skills checklist may be required upon submission

Schedule and Compensation

You'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week, providing schedule flexibility while maintaining full engagement in patient care. Weekly pay is $2,229.
