Special Procedures Technologist in Florence, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Allied Health Professional to work as a Special Procedures Technologist in the Interventional Radiology department at MUSC Health - Florence. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 15, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 5x8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekly pay: $2,736
• On-call required with rotation between two other technologists
• Weekend coverage required every third weekend
• Facility may call off one shift per two weeks
• Block schedule accommodation requires manager approval

Role Details

• Daily caseload of approximately 4 cases per technologist
• Perform interventional radiology procedures, interventional CT/ultrasound, stress tests, and radiology-related monitoring
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• No floating between units or sister facilities
• Use Epic charting system

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of interventional radiology experience
• General IR experience required; Neuro IR experience preferred
• Current certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), SCQRSA
• Radiation badge required (agency-provided)
• First-time travelers accepted
