Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Holidays required
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call required
• Floating may occur to Main Hospital adult population only, with same policies, equipment, and charting requirements
• Participate in emergency team activation as required
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Required certifications: NBRC RRT certification, BLS, ACLS
• South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (SC RCP) license must be in hand at time of start
• Adult critical care experience required
• Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
• Charting system: Epic
• Guaranteed hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Block schedule may be accommodated with prior approval, but not guaranteed
• Patient population includes Cardiovascular ICU and Medical-Surgical ICU patients with conditions such as post-op cardiac surgery, heart and lung transplant, ECMO, ARDS, septic shock, and GI hemorrhage
